About Dr. Mulligan

Dr. Mulligan received her medical training in her home state of Michigan and practiced there and in the New York area before settling in the Pacific Northwest in 1999.
After practicing in Renton for several years, Dr. Mulligan extended her practice to the Eastside and continues to enjoy caring for patients of all ages,
believing that quality care can be administered in a professional manner while remaining sensitive to patient needs and concerns.
She has a strong commitment to continuing medical education, and attends national courses regularly in the fields of ear surgery, sinus surgery, treatment of snoring and sleep apnea, allergy and pediatric ENT to enable her to offer up-to-date treatments with proven safety and effectiveness.
