Our Staff

Amanda is our office administrator. She comes to us from Colorado were she graduated college with a Bachelors of Science in Health Care Management. Amanda has 7 years working in the healthcare field. She loves the interaction with the patients and is very excited to see the practice grow and grow. In her free time she loves to be outside playing with her two "kids" Wyatt who is 1 and Stella her beloved doggie who is now 5 along with having family time with the few hours her husband has off these days!

Arlene comes to us with a background in Family Practice, Internal & Geriatric Medicine with over 20 years experience. Her interest in the medical field began in 1974 working as a Ward Aid for Virginia Mason in Seattle; she attended Northwest University for 2 years. In 1984 her career in family practice began with all aspects of the medical office including front office duties as well as back office lab, phlebotomy, assisting doctors with minor surgery & all aspects of patient care which she enjoys greatly. In 1997 Arlene took the American Association of Medical Assistant Certification test and received the title of CMA. Arlene is very excited about her career in Otolaryngology, she our Lead Medical Assistant and surgery scheduler. Arlene enjoys camping & fishing with her husband, spending time with family and enjoying their grandsons

As Dr. Mulligan's medical assistant, Jenna is a valued member of the team. Jenna is in charge of our reflux testing and patient education programs. She loves coming to work each day to make a difference and help people with their problems. Jenna has over 6 years of medical experience. Outside of work, Jenna loves spending time with her husband of 8 years and her two young boys. Enjoying what little sunshine we get out here in the Northwest is key; she loves hiking, camping and painting the great outdoors, in between chasing her sons all over the camp sites!
